19 Apr 2014 Easter brought locals and visitors alike to the market this morning. We took some o-sum shots for family groups, wedding couples, honeymooners, and commemorated a birthday. We also met Raro regulars, and returning residents - back to check on how the island has changed. Thanks for rockin’ the booth.

18 Apr 2014 What could be better than Easter music festival, down on the beach in Rarotonga? There was a huge line-up of local talent, plus food and entertainment for the tamariki. We had a sweet spot, just meters from the stage and provided punters with a handy landmark, as we lit up the booth once the sun had set.
Special meitaki ma'ata to our nephew Daniel, (aka 'Jesus'), our holiday booth-intern.

13 Apr 2014 Aroko’s 1st birthday theme was picked out…well nearly a year ago. So with the aid of super-party-aunty Brenda, pirates descended on Matavera. There were scurvy dogs, swash-bucklers, and wenches a-plenty. A highlight was the treasure chest birthday cake, and cousin Daniel’s watermelon shark.
Aroko would like to thank everyone who came to help him celebrate.

12 Apr 2014 Today was Aroko Jack’s 1st birthday and we had extra family on the island to help run the booth and do a few cameo strips. We received a birthday parcel by courier-person (thanks Mel and Pete). We also met Ella (Shannon’s niece), and took shots for new visitors plus former residents returning to the rock. Fruit was in short supply - perhaps due to the recent storm? See you nxt week at the market.

5 Apr 2014 A bright - then cloudy - then bright morning at the markets. Justine juggled big family groups, regular boothers showcased new candies, and Leni and Tania came to see the booth in action. The last of the season’s watermelon are on sale. We missed out on donuts, but scored uto pancakes from Ngarima George’s hut.
