27 Apr 2013 Our first market since the addition of Aroko to the IB family :). A pleasantly overcast morning gave us the extra time we needed to get the booth up-and-running. A big meitaki ma’ata to our fellow vendors for their well-wishes and on call baby-minding. Awesome families rock’d the booth this morning. We caught up with some of our regulars. Elsewhere the Iro’s have Cookie league gears back in stock - but selling fast.

27 Apr 2013 Fiona and Moa’s wedding was a family affair, with a beach-side ceremony and reception at a family section in Nikao.
One of Fiona’s friends designed invitations and table-settings, and we came up with a photo strip design working with these elements and our popular Pineapple Punch backdrop - a hand printed pareu that we picked up at a Te Maeva Nui Trade Day back in 2011…

27 Apr 2013 …We set the booth alongside the reception marquee, opposite the outdoor bar (a great match), and about a 100m from the end of the runway. Passengers looking inland on the evening’s Air NZ flight would have seen festivities in full swing - we had an equally stunning view of a 747 touching down.
Locals made the most of the booth and were quick to introduce visitors to ‘3-2-1 - Kia orana’.
Before wrapping up for the night we switched over to reprint mode, instant 6"x8" prints from favourite frames.
Reprints are available from the booth at Punanga Nui market, Saturday morning.

23 Mar 2013 It’s still hot and dusty at the market, but fortunately the booth is, ahem, ‘air conditioned for your comfort’. Our new island-size photo frames were popular this week. Plenty of BFFs kept us company, and we had a steady stream of heros, villians and butterflies visiting courtesy of Der Nice Corner (face-painting). Oranges are now back in season and a few more vendors were back, including the bread and pastry masters from Deli Foods.

16 Mar 2013 It was our hottest market yet today, so we had our booth air conditioning on full - our prop fans were also popular with boothers. There were still a few empty spaces with a number of vendors in Auckland for Pacifica, but it was a welcome return of our across-the-way neighbours, Island Crepes. We now have new 6″× 8″ Cook Islands photo frames in stock, these are a great way to display your fav. booth pix, and come in black, white and wood finishes.
