Akaoa Night Market, 29 Feb 201229 Feb 2012 Akaoa turned out the entertainment for a Leap Year special. Meitaki maata to Mii + Charlie, Destiny, the H-Factor finalists, and the Tamariki Manuia fire dancers for a great show. Meanwhile, in the booth, our heart-boards were put through their paces with messages for family and friends. :)

Akaoa Night Market, 21 Dec 201121 Dec 2011 Our final booth session for the year. Christmas in full-effect. Akaoa turned out performances by the Gosselin Sisters, Kuki & Turtle/Onu, a police escort for Santa, lolly scramble, Zumba, Christmas Tree lighting and fireworks display (whew!). Meitaki maata to the Arorangi coummunity for supporting the night market this year. Special mention to the Marsters family for your work behind-the-scenes, and ANZ for helping out with the Xmas extravaganza!

We met some holidaying groups, including a boother who made an effort to track us down while over from Oz (meitaki), a 21st party, family reunion and a wedding group who we'll see again this Friday. It was also farewell to fellow Akaoan Maree - all the best from IB.

Akaoa Night Market, 31 Aug 201131 Aug 2011 Another beautiful sunset out West :). More food this week - we can recommend nachos + cupcakes. We’re also looking forward to the smoked fish and outer island pork promised in weeks to come.The booth produced some great dad pics and captured antics from wedding groups and honeymooners. Nice!
